Shipping & Delivery

Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email of notification informing you of shipping method (courier company) and any tracking numbers if applicable.


Because of the nature of the material and the increased chances of breakages, it is the buyers responsibility to check the goods for any damages/breakages or shortages on delivery and inform us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the order if there are any damages/breakages. We will ask for proof of damages in the form of a photo so we can make a claim on the relevant courier.


If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to “pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour. If for some reason customer would fail to take delivery during the specified time, is entitled to consider the order canceled and charge a re-stock fee, or if agreed in writing we may redeliver, but is entitled to charge a re-delivery fee. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, which we quote for that item, please contact us by email or telephone. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

Standard 3 to 7 Day Delivery

Standard Delivery = 3 to 7 Working Days, Charges as following based on total order weight: 

Up to 0.06kg - £3.95
From 0.06kg to 2kg - £5.95
From 2kg to 20kg - £9.95
From 20kg to 30kg - £12.00
Over 30kg - £15.00

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available at the following charges based on total order weight:

Up to 0.6kg - £6.95
From 0.6kg to 15kg - £25.00
Over 15kg + £30.00

We offer a next day delivery service on most products on our store

Although most orders placed for next day delivery are delivered the next day - please note this is not a guaranteed service, If we fail to deliver your order due to a fault from ourselves, we will arrange for a refund of the difference between the next day delivery and the standard delivery, see the prices above. cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the parcel has been dispatched in accordance to our terms - after this point we are in the hands of third party couriers.

Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note at Bank Holidays orders placed after 2.00pm Friday and over the Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.



Returns & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery to ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be made incorrect or have been damaged please note it is the buyers responsibility to contact us within 48hrs from delivery to be elegable for replacement or refund. All of the products we supply are exempt from the legal right to cancel the order within 7 days from the specified delivery time-frame which was selected by you in the checkout.

You can pay by any credit/debit card or paypal. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your card details will be encrypted. We currently debit money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order. If you order from our leaflet you can pay by any credit/debit card, or by cheque but we deliver your goods when the funds are cleared.

All transactions are subject to our terms and conditions stated below

1. Delivery Terms

1.1 Any date of delivery given by the Seller to the Buyer shall be an estimate date only and while the Seller will endeavour to comply with such date the Seller shall not be responsible for late delivery.

1.2 We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 2pm with next day delivery selected the same working day for next working day delivery.

1.3 We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received after 2pm with next day delivery selected the next working day for delivery the following working day.

2. Delivery Attempts

2.1 Our standard business service is only one attempt delivery, with three delivery attempts on our standard home service.

2.2 On non-delivery a card will be left where access is possible indicating the local depot where your parcel can be collected. It is the customer's responsibility to rearrange the delivery or collect the order from the local depot.

2.3 The parcel will be held at your local hub for 5 days before being returned to sender.

3. Returns

3.1 All of the products we supply are exempt from the legal right to cancel the order within 7 days from the date of delivery. All of our products are bespoke and produced to your specifications.

3.2 If you fail or refuse to take delivery while in transit, we will collect/return the items to our warehouse and you will be charged for the direct cost of return/collection. 

4. Damaged Goods

4.1 Because of the nature of the material and the increased chances of breakages, it is the buyers responsibility to check the goods for any damages/breakages or shortages on delivery and inform us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the order, please email [email protected] giving your full name and order number.

4.2 If you can attach a photograph showing the damage this will help to speed up your claim. One of our sales team will then contact you to discuss further to arrange replacements or process any refunds required.
